2027 Umoja Winter Coordinators’ Retreat

Umoja Community,

The 2027 Winter Coordinators’ Retreat is a restorative space to pour love and information into Umoja program coordinators.

You’ll build community with coordinators across regions and return to campus knowing what to do and how to activate this spring.

The three days

Hotel room for the nights of January 28 and 29, 2027. UCEF books the room, so please don’t contact the hotel about it.

Good to know

Travel

Attendees cover their own flights, ground transportation, and parking.

Cancellations and substitutions

Primary Coordinators who can’t attend must cancel by Thursday, January 7, 2027, so UCEF can release the room.

Paid registrations cancelled by January 7 receive a full refund. No refunds after that date.

Same-campus substitutions are allowed through Friday, January 22, 2027.
